COMMENTS
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

MEDIA
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
CONTACT FORMS
If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the data you submit via the form in order to respond to your query. We do not use the information submitted through the contact form for marketing purposes unless you also opted in to our email list via a separate opt in form.
COOKIES
If you leave a comment on our site you may choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHERE WE SEND YOUR DATA

We partner with Infusion Soft to manage our mailing list and to deliver email marketing messages and our newsletter. When you subscribe to our list, your name and email are stored on Infusion Soft in order to provide these services. Infusion Soft is not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. Infusionsoft is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield framework.
We use Google Analytics to collect, monitor and analyze your Log Data.

If you leave a comment, an anonymized string is created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, the profile picture linked to the email address you entered is visible to the public as part of your comment. FACEBOOK
If you belong to one of our Facebook groups, please note that by joining the group you are sharing your public Facebook profile information with all other members of the group.
When you post to a Facebook group, that message is only seen by other members of the group. In secret or private groups, please respect other member's confidentiality and do not share group posts to your Facebook profile or share them with other outside groups. We ask that if there is something shared in the group that you wish to share to others, contact the original poster and ask permission first.
